I had a lot of things happen in the last week that I will try to sum up in one post. I like to try to keep my posts 'topical'. However, there are things I brought up in previous posts that have changed, SO..... let me go in order:
9/11/11 (Sunday): I was planning on wearing my flag pin this day... 'cept, guess what? COULDN'T FIND IT! It was so frustrating! Especially since I have worn it every single year since '01! I did eventually find it. So, I wore it all week long! Take that! :)
9/13/11 (Tuesday): Ouran meeting!!! We had a 'lite meal' for Ouran this time around.. but here is the catch... everyone seemed still hungry after having the hotdog wraps ^_^;; so I made some servings of french fries. I am starting to wonder how well these 'lite meals' are going to do hehe. I would have loved to make the lucky stars with Widget, but unfortunately, the baby was demanding a lot of my attention.. -.-; one of these days, I will get her to sleep when she should.
9/15/11 (Thursday): This was outing day!!! After Mouse was off to school, The girls or Ouran ( Me, Widget, and Tot-zilla) Went Halloween shopping!! I got a brand new drill bit at Wal-mart. You use it to GUT PUMPKINS!! O.o it is bad-ass! No more scraping the hell out of the sides of the Jack-o-Lantern! I cant wait to use it!! Then we stopped at a store called 'Spirit halloween'. I got a coin top that goes with my coin belt. i use to bellydance forever ago. Maybe I will take it up again. it was always good excersize. Then we had lunch at Steak 'n Shake. It was yummy!! Then, we had to make our way home to pick Mouse up at the bus, decorate outside, then make our way to Party City where I got a new tombstone and creepy netting.
9/17/11 (Friday): CRAP! I didnt get home till 8:30. That means Joe used his call out from work. Otherwise, he would have only had an hour of sleep. That means he cant call out till January...... Which futher means he cant call out to go to the Mickey's Not-so-scary Halloween party O.o! So we have a ticket already paid for that we need to use somehow! I hope Widget will be able to go. That will be fun. I know while we were out on Thursday, she mentioned that she would love to go. Now, it is getting the time off -.-;

I didn't even think about wearing a pin for 9-11, but my dad did fly his flag on that day! At least you found it and I think it's cool that you wore it for the whole week!
ReplyDeleteHaha. I was starving because I work very hard at work, so I was expecting a little bit heavier meal than anticipated, and was looking forward to gelato, not ice cream sandwiches -_-; lol I think I ate most of the french fries >_>; My bad. lol
I did like that sheriff costume at Spirit. I'm going to make my own zombie apocalypse costume instead. Perhaps you can help me figure out what else I can do with it without spending so much money! I love the coin top you got, AND I can't wait to see the pumpkin gutter in action! lol
Regarding to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween, I'm really sorry that Joe will not be able to go. ToT But, I already spoken with my manager. He doesn't see a problem with me working in the morning and getting off in the afternoon, but he's not doing my schedules for that week, so I have to talk to my new assistant manager about working early and getting off at 1pm, unless it's an all day event? o-o; We need to discuss farther details on Tuesday, Renge! <3
NOPE! It is just at night... I was thinking of leaving here around 4.. .so that sounds like if has good potential.
